Information we collect

Brisbane Easy Hire collects the information needed to provide trailer hire bookings, including your name, email address, phone number, booking details, pickup and return information, tow vehicle details, and driver licence details required for rental administration.

If you use Continue with Google, Google provides the basic profile information needed to sign you in, such as your verified email address, name, and profile identifier.

Identity and payment verification

Bookings may require identity and licence verification before payment. Stripe processes identity verification and payment information. Brisbane Easy Hire stores only the verification status and limited licence summary details needed to manage future bookings and rental records, not raw identity document images.

How information is used

We use booking and account information to create and manage hires, contact customers about bookings, support returns, keep rental records, prevent duplicate customer records, and make future verified bookings faster where appropriate.

Service providers

The booking system uses trusted service providers including Checkfront for booking operations, Stripe for payments and identity verification, Google for optional sign-in, and Cloudflare for hosting and security.

Access and updates

You can contact Brisbane Easy Hire to ask about the personal information held for your booking or account, or to request corrections where information is incomplete or out of date.
